Hi there ~RockerTannz! I want to give you some critique/comments on this piece on behalf of the #ProjectComment group. =)

First off, I like the harsh light. It suits the model quite well. May I ask what lightsource you were using?? Then I also like the pose, it gives the impression the model has some sort of "mystery" or "power" about him. The angle you chose for this shot compliments the pose quite well. The only negative thing I can point out is that slight detail just about the shoulder. Its something in the background that distracted me for a second, but its still ok. Overall, a very nice picture!

Keep up the great work! :highfive:

The light I used was just an old clamp light. I agree with the white line in the background, I should've just photoshopped it out, but It escaped my mind! I'm glad you like it though, thank you!

My pleasure! And it gose to show again that a simple setup can produce great results. =) Dont worry about the line, I only noticed it because I thought my monitor was dirty. :D I always like pictures that achieve excellent quality with a minimun of setup.

Whatever setting that is on your camera, I love it
It brings out the gritty texture of real skin instead of smoothing it over like makeup or airbrushed models.

It's called not photoshopping the skin texture off so he doesn't look plastic
